All sales are final, except in the case of a mistake with your order. Returns/exchanges are not accepted.

The store is not responsible for damaged or lost packages. 
☆ Please ensure all addresses are up to date. The store is also not responsible for misdelivery due to incorrect addresses given.
☆ If your order has not been shipped yet, you can send a message to fix/update addresses!

The store is not responsible for, nor will reimburse customs and/or import duties. Please be prepared for such when ordering internationally.

 

Shipping Times

In stock orders ship every Monday (or Tuesday if a delay occurs), and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days in the United States (though USPS may have issues here and there). I may ship on other dates if I have the availability, but Monday or Tuesday shipment is guaranteed!
☆ ETA for international shipments is listed as 7–21 days depending on location. However, please allow for 1-2 months to account for current postal delays.
☆ Due to the global situation, there may unfortunately be shipping delays that are out of my control after I drop off packages at the post office. I appreciate your patience!

★ If any in-stock items are purchased in the same order as anything marked as "Pre-order" or "Reorder," shipment of the affected item(s) will be held until the pre-ordered item(s) arrive. If you would like any currently available merch shipped within my normal ship dates, please purchase them in a separate transaction.
